Each tool is another login, another bill and another place a bank detail can change without anyone noticing. Laneseal keeps it on one record and checks every party at every step.
Compare the stackThe checks run through all of it.
Laneseal scores every party from 0 to 100 with the evidence behind it, then checks again at each step where money, cargo or a signature moves.

A few things
worth knowing.
Clear answers, including the limits.
What is Laneseal?
A freight platform for forwarders, customs brokers, NVOCCs, freight brokers, carriers and import and export businesses. Leads, quotes, contracts, shipments, customs, invoices, routes, docks and your team share one record, and every party is checked whenever money, cargo or a signature is about to move.
Does a low score mean a party is legitimate?
No. It means none of the checks found anything heavy. A real company’s hijacked mailbox can pass every check, which is why a bank change still waits for a callback.
Does the AI decide who is a scammer?
No. AI reads inquiries and documents, drafts replies and flags what doesn’t fit. It never clears a hard stop or approves an override, and a person sends every reply.
Can my team skip a check?
Owners and admins can override a High risk gate by writing a reason of at least ten characters. Each override is logged with their name and the time. Members can’t override.
Do we have to replace the systems we use now?
No. Start with the checks and the CRM, connect your inbox, calendar and accounting, and add the rest when you’re ready. Two-way connectors bring the checks to the forwarding and brokerage systems you already run.
Can we bring our rates and shipments with us?
Yes. Rate sheets import from Excel with AI, shipments import as CSV or Excel, and leads import as CSV.
Which sanctions lists does it check?
OFAC’s Specially Designated Nationals list and its consolidated sanctions lists, matched on names and aliases, emails, phones, websites and vessel IMO numbers in the message. Screening helps you meet your obligations. It doesn’t replace your compliance program.
What happens when a data source is down?
That check reads Couldn’t run, and the score never drops because of it. The record is saved, the other checks still run, and you can run them again later.
Is my data shared with other businesses?
No. Each business’s records are kept apart, and another business can’t open them even with a direct link. The shared fraud network holds only identifiers a business has confirmed as fraud, such as a bank account or a domain, never your leads, deals or documents, and every flag can be disputed.
Who is it for?
Freight forwarders, customs brokers, NVOCCs, freight brokers, trucking and warehouse operators, and import and export businesses, especially small and mid-size teams that run on email and spreadsheets.
What does it cost?
Talk to us for pricing.
Does it work for businesses outside the US?
Yes. The checks run on parties from any country. Laneseal is built for US businesses first, and the customs work is for US entries.
One record. Every step checked.
Bring your leads, rates, shipments and team into Laneseal.
